4. Face Data and Collection

• Mixify uses AI to process user-uploaded photos exclusively to deliver the features requested by the user. Photos are securely transmitted and stored on our servers and are not publicly accessible. We do not use these images for analytics, marketing, or any unrelated purposes, nor do we sell or share them with third parties for commercial gain.
• Original uploads are retained for up to 30 days. Processed images are stored in the user's in-app gallery indefinitely for convenience, and users can delete individual photos or their entire account at any time, permanently removing all associated data.

Generated images are stored on our private servers. You control which images to save or share.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. All processing happens locally on your device. We do not sell your personal data or images to third parties.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Data Disclosure Summary

Mixify collects user-uploaded photos solely to provide AI photo transformation features. These images are stored securely on our servers and are never publicly accessible. We do not sell, share, or use your photos for advertising or analytics.

Photos are retained for up to 30 days unless deleted earlier by the user. Transformed images remain in the in-app gallery until the user chooses to delete them. Users have full control over their data, and deleting the account will permanently remove all associated images and information.

No biometric or facial recognition templates are created, stored, or shared beyond the processing needed to perform the requested feature.

10. International Users

The App is operated from the United States. If you're accessing it from elsewhere, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
