Terms of Service

Welcome to Mixify! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mixify mobile application ("App"), owned and operated by VZN Studios LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"), a Wyoming-based company. By accessing or using Mixify, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mixify. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Users must create an account to access Mixify's features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Paid Subscription

Mixify is a paid-only app and requires a subscription to access its features. Subscriptions are billed through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the applicable store's billing terms.

3. AI Photo Editing Features

Mixify offers photo editing tools including AI-powered face swap and facial editing features. All uploaded content is processed and stored securely. You retain ownership of your content. We do not use uploaded images for AI training, marketing, or sharing without your explicit consent.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload or generate offensive, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate images
• Use the App in violation of any law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy any part of the App
• Harass, abuse, or harm others through your use of the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

By using Mixify, you consent to our collection of certain data, including:

• Photos and images you upload
• Device model, OS, and performance data
• App usage and preference settings
• In-app purchases and transaction data
• Optional account information and support communications

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (excluding user content) are owned by VZN Studios LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our materials without prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Mixify at any time, without notice, if we believe you've violated these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mixify is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VZN Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Mixify.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
